Shipping & Delivery

At stayEQPT, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping rates, tracking, surcharges, customs, and courier policies across New Zealand, Australia, and worldwide.


Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (product launches, restocks, sales), dispatch may take 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-order items ship once stock arrives. Estimated timeframes are displayed on the product page.

  • Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple products may ship separately based on weight, item availability, or packaging requirements. Tracking will be provided for each parcel.


New Zealand Shipping

North & South Island

  • Free shipping on orders over $149 NZD

  • Flat rate $9.99 NZD for orders under $149

  • Delivery: 1–5 business days from dispatch (allow up to 8 days during peak periods)

Weight Limit:
The flat rate applies to standard tracked parcels up to 3 kg.

Example:
Three hoodies + one barbell jack (~3 kg total) = still covered under our $9.99 flat rate (or free if your order exceeds $149 NZD).

Surcharges (NZ Orders)

Australia Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD

  • Flat rate $16.99 AUD for orders under $199

  • Shipped via NZ Post International Tracked or DHL Economy

  • Delivery: 3–8 business days from dispatch

Australian Customs

Orders over $800 AUD may incur GST, import taxes, or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of World Shipping

  • Flat rate $29.99 USD for tracked international shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $299 USD

  • Shipped via NZ Post International Courier or DHL Express (Economy)

  • Delivery: 6–14 business days from dispatch (varies by location)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Surcharges (Rest of World Orders)

Authority to Leave (ATL) / Signature

  • Couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home.

  • If you require signature on delivery, please leave a note at checkout or email us immediately after placing your order.

  • Once a parcel is marked delivered, stayEQPT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Damaged Parcels on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email support@stayeqpt.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
This allows us to lodge a courier claim and resolve the issue quickly.


Weight Limits & Incorrect Shipping Selection

Our standard rates apply to parcels up to 3 kg.
If your order exceeds this weight or size limit and the incorrect shipping option was selected at checkout:

We may contact you to adjust the shipping cost before dispatching your order.

This ensures accuracy and avoids courier surcharges.


Currency & International Charges

Prices on our website may display in your local currency; however:

  • Your bank may charge international transaction fees.

  • Exchange rates may vary depending on your payment provider.

stayEQPT is not responsible for these charges.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, check your junk folder or contact us at support@stayeqpt.com


Delays & Peak Periods

During seasonal peaks or major sales, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for dispatch and delivery.
While courier delays are outside our control, we’ll always assist with tracking and follow-ups where possible.


Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery details before completing checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.


Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We will investigate with the courier and assist based on their policies
