North & South Island
- Free shipping on orders over $149 NZD
- Flat rate $9.99 NZD for orders under $149
- Delivery: 1–5 business days from dispatch (allow up to 8 days)
Example:
Three hoodies + one barbell jack (approx. 3kg) = still covered under our $9.99 flat rate, or free if the order exceeds $149.
The flat rate applies to tracked parcels up to 3 kg.
Surcharges (NZ Orders)
Additional courier fees may apply in certain situations for:
- Rural delivery: NZ Post classifies your address as Rural Delivery (RD)+ $5.70 NZD
- Re-delivery / incorrect address: Returned parcels needing re-sending - cost of original postage is at the consumer's expense.
We will always contact you before applying any additional courier fees.
Australian Shipping & Delivery

- Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD
- Flat rate $16.99 AUD for orders under $199
- Shipped via NZ Post International Tracked or DHL Economy
Delivery: 3–8 business days from dispatch
Australian Customs
Orders over $800 AUD may incur import taxes or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Surcharges (Australia Orders)
Additional courier fees may apply for:
- Remote area delivery: Address outside metro zones (DHL/AusPost classified)+ $12–25 AUD
- Oversized parcel: Items exceeding 3 kg or size limits+ $20 AUD
- Re-delivery / incorrect address: Returned parcels needing re-sending - cost of original postage is at the consumer's expense.
You’ll be notified before any surcharge is applied.
Rest of World Shipping & Delivery

- Flat rate $29.99 USD for international tracked shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $299 USD
- Shipped via NZ Post International Courier or DHL Express (Economy)
- Delivery: 6–14 business days from dispatch (varies by destination)
Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and international courier availability.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, or other fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Surcharges (Rest of World Orders)
Additional courier fees may apply for:
- Oversized parcel: Items exceeding 3 kg or size limits+ $25 USD
- Remote area delivery: Address classified as remote by DHL+ $15–40 USD
- Re-delivery / incorrect address: Returned parcels needing re-sendingCost of original postage.
Processing & Dispatch
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods - product launches, restocks, or sales - dispatch may take 3–5 business days.
Pre-order items ship once stock arrives. Estimated timeframes are always shown on the product page.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
If your tracking hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, check your junk folder or email support@stayeqpt.com
Delays & Peak Periods
High-demand periods (sales, restocks, holidays) may add an additional 2–5 business days to dispatch and delivery.
While courier delays are outside our control, we’ll always help you locate your parcel and follow up with the carrier where possible.
Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries
To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery details before checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the re-delivery fee is charged to the customer.
